Know where to start and what comes next.
Tutorials are wonderful for making one thing. But learning a craft is about skill development and the order you learn it in. Start too hard and it's discouraging; repeat the same level and you stall.
A Learning Path takes the guesswork out. Each one is a deliberate sequence of projects, taught and refined across my in-person classes, where every carving introduces new skills only after you've practiced the ones before it.
How every Learning Path Works
Skills that stack
Cuts and techniques come back in new ways, so you understand them instead of just copying them.
Step by step
Close-up photos for every step and numbered so you can pause anywhere and pick it back up.
Recaps and previews
Each lesson follows the sequence of a real class, ending with what you practiced and what's next.
Joyful things are worth doing well.
Getting good at something, slowly and with your own hands, is one of the most satisfying things a person can do, and one of the rarest in a fast, scattered world.
