Alvord the Wanderer

"Alvord the Wanderer" is a 6.5-inch hand-carved wizard figurine, carved from a 2"x2" basswood block and painted with acrylic. Leaning on his walking staff with a small pouch at his belt, Alvord looks every bit ready for a long road ahead — a wandering wizard with a long beard and a pointed hood, carved with plenty of texture and detail.
 
Each piece is individually hand-carved by Indiana Artisan Maria Patterson, so slight variations are part of what makes it one-of-a-kind — no two are exactly alike. A charming, original character piece for anyone who loves fantasy figures, folk art, or a bit of whimsy on a shelf.
